1 Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If you are unsure of your delivery date, check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email or use the Track Your Order link on our website.

2 Item eligibility

To be accepted for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused β€” no signs of wear, scuffing, or dirt on the sole or upper
  • Original tags still attached
  • Returned in the original box and packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will be declined and returned to you at your expense.

3 How to start a return

Do not ship your item back before receiving authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To request a return, email us at info@shoxim.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • For defective or damaged items: photos showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

4 Return address

5 Return shipping costs

Who covers the return shipping cost depends on the reason for your return:

We cover shipping

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shoxim is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days from the date of approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@shoxim.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

7 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a return request for your original item following the process above
  • Once your return is approved and your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you need

This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

8 Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items not purchased directly from shoxim.com
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

9 Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@shoxim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will resolve the matter promptly β€” at no cost to you.
